Cubitt Greystock was established in 2009 by Stephen Bellau and Amit Green, who have over 40 years’ practical experience in the property business. We add value by optimising commercial, residential, planning and construction elements of every property in our portfolio.

Stephen Bellau qualified as a chartered surveyor and worked in the Colliers commercial auction department. He then moved on to a private family office, acquiring off-market investment and development deals before forming Cubitt Greystock with Amit.

Amit Green qualified as an architect. After setting up in private practice, he moved into development where he worked for the St George division of Berkley PLC, Tilfen Land and Aitch Group. Amit believes passionately that good-quality design pays dividends: it makes financial sense to develop beautiful buildings that people fall in love with and want to live in.
